Default Which is better Windows Vista or Windows XP?

Need your advice... I had an HP laptop dual core. Before kay windows xp and naka install, and it happened nga naka virus ako laptop due to usb. Ako gipa reformat and it happened nga windows vista na ang gi install. Is there an advantage and disadvantage sa duha?Which is best for games(CS, dota, etc.)? Need your advice. Thanks

it pays to check the label, check daw if vista-certified imo laptop. if it is, go for vista espcially karon nga microsoft is stopping na soon ang support for xp...

    advantage of vista over xp:
    1. DX10, means better graphics for games
    2. shifting support for other softwares
    3. more functions (but not necessarily best all the time)

    advantage of xp over vista:
    1. DX9, which means lighter in required hardwares for games
    2. not-so-bulky installations (HDD space)
    3. lighter in hardware required than vista (ram amount, graphics processor)

XP na lang, para laptop man gaha nga dual core.

e balik na lang sa original XP. with your original XP cd keys.
nganu na Vista man na? pirated? or nipalit ka bag-o.

for your setup - id recommend XP.

Vista also has DX9, Proper implementation of DX10 is lighter than DX9.

I dont really see harddrive space as an issue with the prices of todays 320/500/1TB drives.

Win98se required far lesser than XP, so this is not really a valid point.
