bai, ask lang ko. Since you might know this. Unsa man ka tinuod nga ang tibuok Lot sa Collinwood daghan ang nag claim na tag-iya ug mao na ang rason nganong dugay ang pag process sa title ani nga mga unit?
Can you please clear this up for the benefit of all?
Note: I mean, ang original title before napalit sa Commonwealth.

isang: there's no problem about the the title of the lots. You will not be given a license to sell from HLURB if there's problem with your documents of the property your selling.....
