Advice in Building A gaming Pc on a BUDGET

Guys i need advice in building a DECENT gaming pc
able to play so so games doesn't need to be top of the line mga mid range lang
budget nako is around 18,000 to 20,000
CPU lng

Im planning to assemble my first pc as a project.
so every month palit ko pyesa hangtud ma kumpleto para assemble.

I hope you guys can help me

what processor should i buy?
motherboard?
how much ram?
how big is the hardrive?
what kind of Graphics card?
Casing?
Should i buy a different powersupply?
Cooling stuff....?

nganu? naa pa man possibility nga moubos ang price sa mga mid type mobo in the next months...

to be honest i just want a rig that can play new highend games right now in the market just enough to play with out the headaches. i want to buy games with out thinking twice if it would run on my pc smoothly.
maximize lang nako ang value for my money.

btw crysis maybe? can i run similar games with this set up? miskan medium res lang nga di magkamang.

i think i'll go with brand new this time i had a not so good experience in buying 2nd hand pc parts b4 and i guess paying a little more for insurance would be best.

i got a question is e6750 better than e7400?
unsa mas maayo invest ko better proc o better VC?

Hello sir erwin i want to keep the lcd and peripherals separate from the budget kay some of the stuff sama sa mouse ug keyboard naa naman ko daan from my old pc.

i don't give much attention to the peripherals right now kay i think i can still use my mouse kb from my old delapidated pc hehehe.

any way sir. naka nice casing ma suggest sa ko nga di kaayo bulky pero nindut ang porma.
budget is around 1,500
