Exercise/Slimming Machines and other Gizmoz on TV Shopping.Effective or Not?

I get sick every time i pass by channels selling all these new contraptions that they say on TV, that these items would improve ur health, will make you slim or have flat washboards abs, or those electronic gizmo or what have nots to make ur lfe more easier ..
is there a single strand of truth on this stuff we all see or is just all pure marketing churva.??


i want the sellers and the capitalist to know from this thread on what we consumers think about the products they sell on TV..if we indeed believe in all what they claim on the effectivity of these products.

in a way, those machines do help us.. although naa times na maklaro nimu na sobra na ang advertisement.. c those eqpt lang sad cguro then dinha ka decide..

they actually help..... depende nanah unsaon nimu... but it's not always guaranteed nga mao jud ang result nga imung makuha as showed on TV... ^^

effective basta u have the proper diet... unsaon man nato na ang exercise machines nakita nato sa TV unya dagko kaon, cgeg inom softdrinks, cgeg inom beer, di jud effective di ba??

ani judni basta commercial nindot judna tan-awon para mahalin pero dili tanan kung nanaka ana nga unit maojud ang naasa commercial...
