bai, pero we had also our senator lashes at china. remember meriam santiago. stated that china was the original of all corruption. what can u say on that? hehhehe
hindi ba satire yun ganun? hahahaha... but at least im not saying all chinese are bad... there must be something wrong with their Products QA or their BFAD equivalent ... the last time i check it was not only melamine but lead, and Maling contains rat meat?!
i dont think im being racist... i dont thnik i was being bias either... tinuod man na nagka melmine ila milk and many chinese children are dead because of that...
but i dont think tinuod ang gi-sulti ni mr,chip na tngod daghna mga filipina kay nag-work for them as DH wala na ta right para claim sa spratly...
no, i was not telling you are being racist. i was refering to your comment on the niger and arab thing, and on your being fair to each and everyone.
i dont like chip tsao and the way he wrote the article. but for lots of us who answer a crap with a crap, then we are no better than chip tsao.
lets just say, in cultural context, chinese people treat their maids "servant" (or atleast how most of us define such word, because it was not really meant to be synonymous to slave). maids are maids to them, not the way we treat our kasambahay as mere helpers. i have come from a chinese decent but brought up by filipino culture, i know a lot even here in cebu who are still treating there maids the old fashioned way, slaves. so it is understandable, why to their culture, we were treated like that. we are crying foul, but we have to bear in mind, that when we look for a job, anything for that matter, there is already a culture existing in that company, or in that country that we have to subject ourself to it, not necessarily approved but understand and accept. we always have a choice, if we dont want to branded servants, maybe we will stay clear on those countries who are closeminded about such decent (to our perception, and to a lot of countries aparently not their culture) job. but hey, chip tsao claimed, the definition of servant is not the same as the what we have in mind.
we treat our helpers equal, but aparently not in their culture. there are more cases of abuse, some resulted to death but this mere harsh comment of chip tsao exceeded the publicity and attention those violence victim so deserve.
chip tsao is not an authority to identify if we have rights or not in our claims to spratlys, what he is saying is his arogant opinion. so panghambog ra jud na iyaha. if philippines really had plans to retaliate to chinese claims on spratlys, i do not think a mere plea of a single louisa would hinder them.
