i think only IAU offers the 4year bachelor course..

nindut jud na sa IAU? bago paku grad sa HS nya ga libog ku asa ku mag skul for aircraft maintinance?

It's a given fact... aviation is an expensive course. Just like medicine... nursing... law... etc. why? because it involves a big deal of responsibility - LIVES. There are good aviation schools and the not so good ones. It's just a matter of where you want to invest your money... a mere pilot license or quality training.

If you or your kins are serious about taking flying as a career.... better try a 3 - 4 hour course first before plunging yet quitting after you realize that it's not your vocation.

There are schools in GenAv Mactan and Dumaguete which offer these instructional or orientation flights for those interested to become pilots.

Really, it's a big decision to make because of the money involved. agree??

I suggest you study all the aviation schools first before enrolling... Happy school hunting!

As for aircraft maintenance, TESDA now offers a scholarship program (the GMA Scholarship Program) for those interested to become Aircraft Mechanics and pass the entrance exams from accredited schools...

There's one near Indiana... general aviation support center.

Their store is at a commercial building beside the gate of Cecilia Mansions kagudoy road basak lapu-lapu city (after St. augustine school before Indiana). they have pilot supplies and lot of books for aviation lovers...

sa manila naay mga dealers pero mao lagi LIMITED GIHAPON ILANG SUPPLIES.

Depende man pud na sa supplies na gipangita nimo. Maps, E6-B's and the like - naa silay daghan.... or reference books (flying, maintenance, aviation dictionaries, anything aviation).

If wala diha imo gipangita, pa-assist nlang sa staff.

Unsay nindot na school for aviation sa central visayas? nanawag ko sa civil authority of aviation in the philippines ba to, nya ila ko gihatagan ug duha ka schools. ingon sila mao daw ni ang mga pinakamaayo. Aviatours daw sa Mactan ug Aviation Training One International or Philippine Pilot Training Center sa Dumauegete. Based daw sa safety records, ang Aviation Training One daw wala pay accident or incident since pag-abli atong 1998, nya mas maayo daw ila maintenance, mao daw medyo mahal ingon to pagtawag nako sa CAAP. Maayo jd daw ang training didto ingon pud to mga piloto sa CAAP. Tinuod na? Gnahan ko moskul ug flying. thanks
