Of course, it's a given (to most people). And if you take a closer look at their stats and compare it from last year, it clearly shows they are gradually limping off into rebuilding mode. But then again, I don't really hand out the age-card since the Spurs don't really look that old, it simply means the other teams are catching up to them.
