    Default how to minimize muscle cramps?


    Cge ko ug ka cramps during and after ko magdula ug basketball. sakit jud kaayu, labi na ang both leg maigo sa cramps. Unsa solution ani? nagtry na ko kaon ug saging( mao man jud ni pirmi isuggest ), pero dili man cguro cya enough. magstretching man pud ko before magplay. pero one way or another, magcramps jud gihapon ko.naa ba ko kulang na vitamins?

    kinsa pirmi kaexperience ani?unsa inyo gibuhat para mawagtang or at least maminimize ni cya?

    sa akong experience brad.. ag sa tigdulaan kog soccer.
    warm up raman,, ayha ka mo dula..
