hi istoryans,
i was looking for a sleeving and lapping guide here in istorya but sad to say wa koy nakit-an, yes there were discussions but there were no formal guides posted, if ever naa(links) its buried deep in the threads. so i google it, and thinking why not share it to other istoryans who might also need this guide and save them the time and bit of hassle.
