HD recording with only 20 fps?

For smooth recording you need at least 24 fps.I can't believe Canon doing things like this.

    Reality bites.. hehe
There is always a better camera released soon right after you buy one... ü
But it doesn't mean that your camera's performance will deteriorate/degrade after the a new release.. ü
Sure thing thi s is indeed a good deal...

**Magnesium Alloy Body, 6.3 fps,Micro-adjust, ergonomy, and pentaprism alone justify my current babe. hehe..

Cheers to Canon for this new release .ü

there's a 50D if you want higher shooting rate or a 1D Mark III if you need the 8-10fps.. simple as that

somehow, people can't understand. Do you know that this camera is NOT a video camera? but an SLR that supports video (large CMOS compared to regular video cams, means more detail/resolution/lower noise level).

You may get a 5D Mark II if 1080p+30fps is a need for you. or get an HD video cam.

PS. was checking current HD video cameras... none of them can shoot 8-12MP hi-quality still photos! I can't believe Sony/JVC/Panasonic be doing like this?!

    LOL!
