im a newbie in photography and still looking for my first DSLR. but i had done quite a lot of research and i found this video that would be of great help to all newbies and professionals. simple ingenuity but very effective.

let's see you leave your camera on that or how about a creative self-portrait without the use mirrors? 30 sec long exposure maybe? No? oh well, i guess i'll stick to my tripod.

how about being considerate to the ingenuity. we all know u cant make the camera stand up with the use of a string. it has its limitations but what is shown is an invention for image stabilization, not for long exposures i guess.

the ingenuity is definitely a plus. but the title that says "loose the tripod" is somewhat out of place

case by case lang ang pag gamit ani na technique. therefore, its up to you in how you will use your gears.
