@yoncha... unsa diay ang ideal nga set-up para goldfish? bag-o paman gud ko nag sugod
10 gallons per fish nya high mechanical filtration pero 20 gallon per fish mas nindot....
over head filter ok nah nya much better bare tank nya water change pirmi para wla tae sa bottom
the best gyud sa gold fish kay pond gyud kanang green water
ryan has nice ranchus did2 krn sa iya shop same place where yoncha got his
yup mga nice kau to did2
ah oki but mas ganahan kog oranda. cge so duha lang ka fish ako paliton sa. hmmm...nice ang pond but i want to see it man gud di kang top view so aquarium nalang. unsa sad na ang eheim(sakto ba spelling) ng acanister filter? nindot daw compared sa mechanical filter kay bio filter daw. so unsa man ang kailangan bio or mechanical?
sorry for all the questions. kapoy man gud buy ug filter nya di ra diay ma gamit.
mechanical means it removes solid waste in your tank e.g. filter floss. sponge etc....bio filter uses bacteria which cleans the water.. ceramic tubes, bio balls ,bio boxes, gravel.... eheim is both if you have the money buy ehiem theyre the best in the market, if you have a limited budget go for OHF or over head filters which will also house bio an mech filter media...
so the best filter is if you have a good balance of both...
i think ryan has orandas too... try ranchus.. thyre really cute
In a fish only tank especially with messy goldfish, mas maayo ang filter na ma expose sa hangin ang filter media (filter floss or the plastic balls) like those that sit on top of the aquarium. Â*
The reason is that the bacteria that break down harmful wastes are aerobic and are much more efficient if they are exposed to air than Â*when they are submerged. Â*
There is also more dissolved oxygen in filters like these that increase the exposure of water in air.
