Wala sila mag abot physically and historically but Buddha was much more ahead than Jesus time. In the ancient tradition, Jesus traveled to the EAST during his LOST YEARS and was initiated by the GREAT MASTERS including TIBETAN MASTERS. Buddhas' teachings already existed during the time of Jesus and I know for sure that Buddha's consciousness greatly influenced the consciousness of Jesus.

    Hello!

I think that it is true -- in a sense, man has indeed made "god". We see it through out human history. Human beings has always reached out into the unknown and believed in a deity. Perhaps that unquenchable longing is just a clue that there must be "something" or "someone" out there whom we are reaching for who exists and who is the source and foundation of all the things that can satisfy our deepest desires. This longing for the divine is an act of "calling" or "drawing". If we feel called and drawn, there must also be a "caller" and "inviter".

In another sense, man has made "gods" out of many things in life -- we worship many things: power, authority, pleasure, s_x, vices, wealth, comforts, etc. Perhaps this is because, in the absence of something absolutely good and satisfying to worship, man will settle for something less just to satisfy the deep hunger. If there is a deep hunger, then there must be something or someone who can feed and satisfy.

Are there documents bro that give us any idea about what Jesus did during his so-called "lost years"?

Yes there are documents. In fact you might want to read the book "THE LOST TEACHINGS OF JESUS" and "THE LOST YEARS OF JESUS" by: Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Clare Prophet

Ancient Tibetan manuscripts say Jesus spent 17 years in the EAST before beginning his mission. He was tutored by the adepts on a path of self-mastery which had been followed by saints and enlightened ones. Returning to Palestine, he demonstrated that path as one of personal Christhood that realization of the GOD within. And he called many to follow in his footsteps. But the essential keys were lost. Left out of the Bible. Distorted by Church doctrine.

3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
4 But Jesus, said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.
    Mark 6:3-4

    Peace!
