Everytime I connect my Samsung E730 mobile phone to my PC (using the USB data cable) to download some mp3s, the battery icon always blinks. My question is, does it mean my mobile phone is charging and that the USB cable is also a battery charger? orĀ* is there something wrong with my mobile phone?

Yup... it's charging and yes... the usb cable also acts as a charger though charging time may be a little longer...
