I've been practicing this Way of The Intercepting Fist since high school.

My instructor is MYSELF. Self Sudy lang ko bro. I shifted from JKA (Japanese Karate Association) and DOCE PARES for many years!

Yes it's original and one of my sources is The TAO of JEET KUNE DO, written by: Bruce Lee himself.

This is like a mixed martial arts but it stresses on Power punch and Power kick. It's a holistic martial arts founded by BRUCE LEE!

Speed on offense is the KEY not so much on Defense!

i see. thats good. actually, JKD as practiced is branched into two, Original JKD espoused by Jerry Poteet and company. This group utilizes the training method of Bruce Lee as what was originally taught in his garage sessions. The other group, JKD Concepts is headed by Dan Inosanto and the rest. Thay have evolved JKD teachings into a more contemporary format. I have that book Tao of JKD and Bruce Lee's JKD Series Books, 3 Volumes. I also have his Jun Fan Gung Fu book. By the way, as what i have red, JKD is not a style but rather principles of combat. Bruce Lee's expression of JKD is Jun Fan Gung Fu...

I agree, Bruce Lee him self says (i quote Wiki):

I have not invented a "new style," composite, modified or otherwise that is set within distinct form as apart from "this" method or "that" method. On the contrary, I hope to free my followers from clinging to styles, patterns, or molds. Remember that Jeet Kune Do is merely a name used, a mirror in which to see "ourselves". . . Jeet Kune Do is not an organized institution that one can be a member of. Either you understand or you don't, and that is that. There is no mystery about my style. My movements are simple, direct and non-classical. The extraordinary part of it lies in its simplicity. Every movement in Jeet Kune-Do is being so of itself. There is nothing artificial about it. I always believe that the easy way is the right way. Jeet Kune-Do is simply the direct expression of one's feelings with the minimum of movements and energy. The closer to the true way of Kung Fu, the less wastage of expression there is. Finally, a Jeet Kune Do man who says Jeet Kune Do is exclusively Jeet Kune Do is simply not with it. He is still hung up on his self-closing resistance, in this case anchored down to reactionary pattern, and naturally is still bound by another modified pattern and can move within its limits.
