ace, if naa kay citibank credit card, e-credit lang imong purchase then call citibank immediately and tell them nga you want your last credit transaction converted into a paylite payment plan (i think maka choose ka even 12 months for a 30k transaction). the price you'll be paying are the prices listed in their current pricelist

btw for those who don't know, report ninyo sa DTI kanang mga shops who have additional charges when you're paying via credit cards. Department Administrative Order No. 10, series of 2006: The Department of Trade and Industry recently issued an order prohibiting stores from imposing surcharge on credit card, debit card, and automated teller machine card transactions. last month i received a notice/reminder from hsbc informing about this specific implementation of the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394)

PC Express is a computer retail chain from Manila, i guess they worked out the surcharge thing by already listing their standard price as how they would charge a credit transaction pero they just offer a "discount" for a cash purchase
