I'm 99% sure there is no Jamaican nights this year. I have direct contact, but who knows what can happen!

Anyways, the main reason that they stopped the Jamaican nights is well..
let me put this vaguely...

It attracts the wrong people.

I'm not saying that the ones who went sa Jamaican nights are bad, BUT that...well, wala lang..wrong audience lang.. basta~ hahaha Dili lang mao ang people who went there are the ones Tambuli wanted ^^~ Peace everyone~!

2009 na....i think the 1st Jamaican nights was 1999?

nya karon ra naka-realize wrong audience ang na-attract?

sauna featured sa MYX pa man gani toh...

sayang...kay nahimo na unta ning tradition...hehehehe

Jamaican Nights does not target a particular crowd nor discriminate between social classes. Its one event where people from all walks of life can party together and have fun. Whatever musical genre you prefer you can still have fun at the party as long as you don't go hurting other people otherwise these guys will slap you back to reality.



CBC/Tambuli has been hosting Jamaican Nights for 12years so I don't think they'll mind the crowd. Kana tingale imong insider contact sa Tambuli mau na ang assigned nga tig limpyo sa pool tupad sa conferrence hall sa CBC after sa event nga mag reklamo nga hugaw kaayo ang pool. But the management, I think nga all smiles na cla. Full occupancy gud na ang CBC inig Jamaican Nights. Nya ang sales pud sa food and drinks di pud na basta basta oi. Bottomline, Jamaican Nights is making money for all the parties involved. Why would Tambuli/CBC complain about that?

I don't remember sad when the was the first Jamaican nights.
Sauna, okay man gud ang ginansya makuha sa Tambuli ani~ Pero nagka.anam ug ka "bad" ang audience... so the people na ganahan i.attract sa Tambuli kay nigamay...and ..the rest is history.

Umm..like...uhh.. dili targeted audience. Example, Tambuli has Audience "A" and "B". Both audiences are OKAY to Tambuli, but if Tambuli had the choice, they would really prefer audience "A" to "B", but I'm not saying mo.discriminate sila. Basta, I'm afraid to offend man gud. Yes. It does NOT discriminate or target, but I'm saying na ang "preferred" bitaw nila na.audience, ni.dwindle nman gud. Honestly, naa man jud tay "preference" diba? But they do cater to ALL social classes if that's the case.

I highlighted something in your post. In that specific line, there lies a major reason to why wala nay Jamaican nights. Daghan na kaayo labad if ever mag.jamaican nights nasad. It's just that ang mga people bitaw kay mo.assume nga daghan ginansya ang tambuli/CBC on this kay sikat man gud. BUT-

Yeah. Aside from some people sa Tambuli na ni.complain about Jamaican nights, ang gov't ni.complain sad.
Pero I never heard about the human torch. *wala man gud kaayo koy paki sa Jamaican nights sauna xD*
