this is what i did kadtong 3rd yr medtech ko sa velez:
enroll sa study center para wla temptation mu higda
drink energy drinks BEFORE you feel sleepy....kay if U take it kanang katulgon naka....dili pa mu effect ang caffeine tulog naka.....
btw energy drinks are better than cofee....kay naay electrolytes apil..
taas taas sad iya caffeine content....
take stress tabs in the am
study sad diay sa time nga active imo brain...in my case at night.....so study center gyud ko para dili ka higda....hehehehhe
