im having issues with this newly bought webcam. this was tested at the pcshop and didn't have video problems. but when i installed it in my pc at home, it has this annoying rainy like dot/s.

bro gikan nako ana nga prob last year since nag palit pud ko ug a4tech webcam I forgot the model pero rectangle style nga pang laptop cya then they said no drivers needed for XP or later. 3X ko nag pa ilis same problem pero everytime nga i test nako sa gipalitan nako nga PC wala may mga annoying dots thats why change to a new model wala na kaayoy problema pero still naay ginagmay nga small dots ma wala ra cya ig dugay ug gamit. Incompatibility issue na bro I cant explain that kapoy na. And besides nag post pud ko diri b4 sa istorya about this problem. I also contacted A4tech support wala silay response hantod karon.

Solutions: The best thing for you to do is to replace a new model di ka maka solved ana mawala pero mo balik rapud then I did all the test of whats the possible cause ato pero still wa ko ka solved still mysterious mao I concluded nga incompatibility issue ra jud to. Btw unsa imo gi palit na a4tech webcam?

Those "dots" are called noise i think.. try to improve the lighting conditions in your area daw.

im testing it just now with my older rig (windows xp sp3 os) still im having same issues. aww.

my pc is in our living room. i already tried turning on all the lights here, but no use.

i dont think so. i dont encounter any problems nor poor quality with my old pk-635m b4 i bought this. im decided il have this item be replace nlng as wat yugi did.
