whew... good thing you have 20 million...
having rental (apartment) business would be great..... if your good at cars, why not try a taxi business?
JFC franchise is now around 40 million so that wouldn't be feasible but there are lots of available businesses up for franchise..try do some research...im sure information is available in the net.
