post nalang for those nga naa na experience mag set-up ug corporation... also include the possible expenses and how many days kaya ni sya ma porcess tanan

Go to DTI register a business name.
Go to SEC (a must for a corporation)
Secure a Mayor's Permit (it's a package already here that includes the accreditation from the City Health Office, City Engineering, etc.)
BIR for receipt registration.
Go to Pag-ibig, SSS ad PhilHealth to register your employees.

Just follow ani na procedure mao rana. If corporation ka you just need to go to SEC to register your registration. Inig adto nimo sa SEC tagaan ka nila requirements that you need to comply.
