"Toink" is an onomatopaeic word which refers to an imaginary "audible" sound heard (similar to a boing-boing sound) when someone who is talking to a stupid person receives a stupid response. The sound is meant to mimic the sound of a coiled spring being released. The coiled spring being released refers to tension release, in this case, of a joke or stupid remark. This is usually coupled with a facial expression that seems to connote sillyness (i.e. crossing of eyes) and the "jokee" then looks into the camera.
Actor 1: "Mo-ahna ko sa inyoha day, mobusina ra ko pag naa na ko!"
Actor 2: "Ahh okay. Wow naa diay ka car?"
Actor 1: "Wala, busina ra!"
Actor 2: TOINK (with matching expression on face and looks directly at the camera)
