panawagan sa LTO - is there anything you can do with the broken traffic lights in Gorordo-Escario intersection - ive seen this defective since January?

errr..... wrong door... adto reklamo sa DPWH kung naa sa national road, or sa city hall if local road...

and your also missing the point. ang LTO kay government agency sad baya na. dili na sila private sector nga ang ubang agency dili maka hilabot. so apil sad na sila sa pag maintain sa atoang dalan dili lang kay ang DPWH lang. all government agencies are all related so one should communicate with the other to maintain the balance of the government.

og mao nang imong gi ingon bro mag iyahay lang diay na sila og trabaho, dili nalang diay mag tinabangay kay dili mana trabaho sa pikas agency. all TAXES are subjected to one government not to government agencies.

err.... wrong that's why we have agency and dept to separate other's job from the other... still lot of people don't get the real point... the gov't maybe one but the job is not... that's why they are divided into "specific" agency and dept...

IMHO. This is another move from our corrupt politician. Bravo for them but pity for us!

I'm for this. Daghan abusado nga drivers gud. Maayo nalang ng naay mupugos nila to clean up their act. Para dili sila maapektaran, simple ra man ang buhaton. Mu-obey lang sa traffic rules and regulations, and that's it. Wala'y problema.

And, as pointed out sa other Istoryans, maayo pud unta nga dili mu-abusar ang traffic enforcers ani. They're not exactly known as the most honest people around, but it would be better if they clean up their act pud. Dili i-abuso ang power and authority.

Everyone should do their fair share lang unta.

Its not man lang funds from LTO, or funds from DPWH ang questionable when it comes to asa na padulong. even funds sa ATA. Have you wonder aha padulong ang minillion na terminal fee?

BUT THIS IS NOT THE POINT HERE.

When you implement a penalty or a sunction, the main objective is to PREVENT SOMEONE FROM DOING IT. So why put a price na kaya ra sa bulsa? Put a price wherein we will be wary to comit such offense, wherein if we violate, we will feel the pain and regret what we have done. I saw the schedule of penalties in sunstar issue today,

driving under inf of drugs from 2,000 to 10,000 automatic revocation of license.
what is unfair about that? surely we dont want someone driving in the influence of drugs.

driving under the influence of liquor 2,000 to 5,000
again, how many accidents involves drunk driving? clearly, the 2,000 penalty before did not prevent them, hopefully this will.

without license? 750 to 1,500
why the heck will you drive without a license?
common scenario will be a drivers failure to carry his/her drivers license, right? well, thats not the same as drivers without a license. it falls on failure to carry a licence and just 200 pesos sunction for that.

These are really fare rates uy. And why should we worry if we consider ourselves law abiding citizens?
