try it with some turmeric.. it will taste good too.. and garnish it with dill.. it gives good aroma.. ^^

try using 7-up instead of sprite... gamay lang softdrink aron di kaayo tam-is. apili sad ug whole black pepper ug dahon saging(asuzena). before nimo haonon butangi ug sibuyas dahon. gi-cut pareho gitas-on sa azusena.

Try my Blueberry Pandan Sweetcorn Panacota with Strawberry consumè.. you might like it.. hehehe
Ingredients:
Panacotta base:
Gelatin
Water
Heavy cream (all purpose will do)
white sugar
Salt
Pandan leaves, (pandan flavoring will do)
Sweetcorn
Consumè:
Strawberries (roughly chopped anyways.. you're going to blend them anyway)
Water
Sugar
Garnish and toppings:
Blueberry and syrup
mint (shock it in cold water) ^_^
Procedure: Base
1.) Sprinkle gelatine in cold water in a saucepan
2.) Let it sit for a few minutes.
3.) Over low heat, place the saucepan with the gelatine and the heavy cream.
4.) Add in sugar and pandan leaves and salt.
5.) Stir until just warm and until the sugar dissolves.
6.) Let it cool.
7.) Pour into your mold or where you want them.
8.) Refrigerate until firm
Procedure: Consumè
1.) In a saucepan, add in your water and strawberries.
2.) Bring to a boil, then simmer. Until the water draws the strawberries' color.
3.) Add sugar to taste.
4.) Cool down.
5.) Refrigerate
Serve it in a shallow dish.
Place the panacota and the consumè.
Top with blueberry and syrup then garnish with mint.![]()
