Default Christ AhnSahngHong - The Passover of the New Covenant

When Christians are asked, "Have you received salvation?" they reply, "Yes," but if they are asked, "Do you celebrate the Passover?" most of them will hesitate in answering. Actually, no one can be said to be "saved" without knowing about the Passover.

Passover, or Pesach in Hebrew, commemorates the Jews' exodus from Egypt more than 3,000 years ago. It ranks as one of the most important and beloved of all Jewish holidays, and it's definitely the one with the most elaborate domestic rituals. Passover begins on the 15th day of the Hebrew month of Nisan and lasts for seven or eight days.

The reason it is called passover is because the angel of death has to pass over the houses with blood of a lamb painted on the door. The angel of death will only kill the first born of those without the blood.

Yes bro, mao na ang Passover of the Old Covenant. We are not obligated to celebrate that feast because we are not under the Old Covenant.

The Question is What is the Passover of the New Covenant ? Did Christ Restore the Passover ?

God promised to give us the forgiveness of our sins and eternal life through the Passover, that is why we are advice to celebrate that feast.
