if serious ka. to lose weight consult gyud ka dietician so you can have a professional advise on what to eat and how much your eating. if you go to the gym the better coz you will not only lose weight but stay healthy. gud luck.

depression and sense of loss. hehe kidding... but seriously, hinay2x lang gud so that your body could adjust as well. dghan nmn suggestions and then there's also another thread on how he lost weight through drinking water and then weeks ra sad. but choose one that you think you can do until you achieve what you want. lisud na if you cant keep up with one diet and then you'll try another and then another.. you'll end up getting sick. for me (coz am also trying to lose weight) i had half rice every meal and then no junkfood or excessive sweets.. i tried cutting off my snacks but lisud mn so minimize lang. nice sad na mka exercise ka, if gym bores you (it bored me mn gud) try other means of exercise. i dont like to really cut off what is pleasurable, minimize lang ang intake.. coz ang tambok mn gud result sa excessive fats, cholesterol and other churvah na dli na makaya ug digest sa atong body.gud luck to us! Eat fruits, vegies, lean meat (wag muna kain ng humba, or chicharon, or panit sa chicken especially kung fried), no junk food, no softdrinks.
Drink a lot of water everyday.
And exercise in any way you can. Like brisk walking. Taking the stairs instead of elevator or escalator.
PS: kung kusog ka mukaon ug rice (which is the usual case sa mga ganahan paniwang) try oatmeal as substitute. kaon gihapon kag sud-an but imung rice is oatmeal (mura lang kag nag lugaw. hehe)
For snack, eat wheat bread. dali ra ko mabusog ani. and once naanad na ko, if mu eat ko ug rice, half cup lang mabusog na ko.

i had this crazy diet b4 na makamatay... i ate 2 tbsps of food evry meal, no snacks in between, water only... no kidding, i lost 20 lbs in a month! but galeng lang, abot ka sa hospital hehehe...
