Kadto pd pagcollege nako kay naggym pd ko 3x a week for 5 mos. ok man pd kay nagtake man pd ko og amino acid nga tablet. Basta karon tiyan ra jd ako problem... medyo nidako na...

    Bali na hinuon... daghana ang sud an kaysa rice. Eat a lot of protein rich foods.

    i think mas manambok man tingali ka kung stress ka,.. pero lousy kaau ka tan-awn... laay kaau bah.

    depende man sad sa reaction nimo sa stress..like stress eating or the other way around nga walay gana... kung patambok ra jud, eat lots (carbs, fatty foods and protein-rich stuff..also some veggies para mura sad healthy hahaha) and minimize your activities...be a couch potato or something...avoid exercise and other stuff nga mu burn ug calories..bantay kung di ka manambok... hahaha
