I agree with the Idea of education. but the education im talking about is not the education offered by TESDA or any other schools, not a 4 years of schooling or any BS,MS,AB etc. lets accept the fact that education offered in school does not insure success anymore. look, how many graduates does the philippines produced every year? how many of them get a job? my point is..our educational system is not applicable anymore. the time has change but the system has not.

Yes, well said ... education is the right way to alleviate the plight of the poor. Why? because education creates opportunities and many options ... But then, who can afford education now a days? Sad to say that the young would always look for a four year course, only to end as one of the many jobless around after graduation... the government should be serious in promoting the TESDA courses to the youth because they are very competitive, even outside the country ... even our less fortunate nga mga igsoon maka eskwela sa ilang mga trainings, duna bayronon pero minimal (I hope even the LGU should shoulder this!) ... they will have more opportunities by then.

The so-called RH bill won't solve anything since "overpopulation" is not the cause of poverty. The REAL causes are massive corruption, indiscriminate and automatic debt servicing, greed, and bad economic policies.

how to stop poverty? hmmmm

1.as much as possible let everyone go into entrepreneurship.. even small scale....

2.talks, seminars, materials about doing business

3. government to promote entrepreneurship..


when more people go to business..more have jobs...if more have jobbs..the morale is high..then those who have jobs are encouraged to do business.

imagine of we have 1million new business tom...then assume each business employs at least 1 person..then tom we have 1 million new jobs...and each year 1 million businesses will be built...hmmmm nice
