If one will make use of his higher conciousness, he can travel beyond time. You don't need any machine but yourself. However, there are already existing technology that can help us or interface with our thought and conciousness. Such technology is also related to traveling beyond space and time.
Have you experienced of seen events cleary unfolding in front of you before they actually happened in time?
When we are already mature in the higher conciousness level, things like these are just normal to you.

time is an element of relativity that exists vertically, not horizontally.
don't think of it as a "left to right" thing--a so-called time line that runs from birth to death for each individual, and from some finite point to some finite point for the universe.
"TIME" is an "up and down" thing. think of it as a spindle, representing the Eternal Moment of Now.
now picture leafs of paper on the spindle, one atop the other. these are the elements of time. each element separate and distinct, yet each existing simultaneously with the other. all the paper on the spindle at once. as much as there will ever be--as much as there ever was...
there is only One Time--this moment--the Eternal Moment of Now.

^ Interesting nga pag-define sa time. Pero sometimes makahuna-huna ko, dili ba kaha illusion lang ang time? Dili ba kaha, tungod kay we're made of matter man and we move in space and we have the ability to remember where we've been and what we did, that we have this sense of "the past"; and because we have the ability to envision where we want to go and what we want to do, that we have this sense of "the future"?
In that case, as you have mentioned, there has never been a "past" nor will there ever be a "future", only a "now."

anyways, it would be cool to travel in time, but would it cause some disruption of the present time?
like, what if you went back in time, then naa ka'y gi-kuha nga something, pag balik nimo, mo-change ang timeline like, si Hitler na ang president of the WORLD.. it's kinda hard to imagine stuffs like these but cool if possible coz we can ship out Nuclear Warhead during Middle Ages..
