hmmm i think the intention is ok - but i think some are increased ridiculously - imagine ignoring traffic signs used to be with a penalty of 200 pesos will now be 1200pesos - cmon that's too much..... some of these signs are not too visible to the drivers! A single violation could even breakeven the cost of the sign!

panawagan sa LTO - is there anything you can do with the broken traffic lights in Gorordo-Escario intersection - ive seen this defective since January?

if nadakpan ka unya you think ang apprehending officer nagpataka lang ug dakop nimo...you can always file a complaint ngadto sa LTO. if you really care, you should! then move for the removal or termination of the apprehending officer from his agency...tangtang serbisyo ba!

if you dont care, then mao na nga daghan kaayo abusado o ignorante nga apprehending officers.
unya if you dont care tungod kay ignorante ka sa imong rights or ignorante ka sa mga traffic rules and regulations..mao na nga mohatag ka ug bribe! hatag ka ug bribe unya bagubot dayun nga mga BUAYA ang mga taga LTO o CITOM bwahahaha!

and your also missing the point. ang LTO kay government agency sad baya na. dili na sila private sector nga ang ubang agency dili maka hilabot. so apil sad na sila sa pag maintain sa atoang dalan dili lang kay ang DPWH lang. all government agencies are all related so one should communicate with the other to maintain the balance of the government.

og mao nang imong gi ingon bro mag iyahay lang diay na sila og trabaho, dili nalang diay mag tinabangay kay dili mana trabaho sa pikas agency. all TAXES are subjected to one government not to government agencies.

Anyways, if you just follow traffic rules any fine wouldn't be a problem now would it.
    This is my point

niingon diay ko iyahay? read my post...kung nag iyahay pa, puro nana LTO tanan astang infrastructure...mao bitaw sa DPWH na ang responsibility ana. Division of labor doesn't mean dili sila connected from a single unit w/c is the Philippine gov't.
