75K worth, and merchant mangita pa ana ug ID sa credit card owner. I think you can argue with that, how come they were able to transact if the merchant did ask the buyer for proper identification.

ang dean sa amu school mao pud nahitabo. Nawala iya wallet from her office and pag.report niya, 75k pud ang nawala. Gamay ra man mi students sa amu school and only students and faculty are allowed upstairs into the classrooms, and on that same day, a woman was seen "wandering" daw sa amu 2nd floor. Arangan man pud daw mananina, around mid-40's... had a pleasant attitude daw, almost motherly. She was the most likely suspect. Same woman pud daw ni strike the very next day in another school.

sir murag pwede man ka mo file ug claim ana,... coz its not a valid transaction man jud if imo lang jud e-trace,.. kay naa gud na signature gud for verification then they always keep a merchants copy man sad so as long as maka produce ka ug police report naa naka edge in filing a claim,..

When you spend more than 5K pesos,I think they will ask for ID to make sure that you are who you are. Also, if they buy stuff online, the shipping address should be the card holders address. Plus you can actually track your transactions online, you can sue the culprit.. even the business establishments. Very simple...

yes, pero what if nagpahimo ang faker ug id, with her fake pic in there? the original name in there and a forged signature?

dapat naay laing paagi ang credit card companies para ma secure jud nila and dili fraud ang nigamit sa card... as of now, ang pnka duol2x nga secured gamay kay ang naay photo sa ilang credit card....

the purchases were not at a one time big bulk amount, gi tigi2x ug palit man... naay mor than 10K, then 5K, then 20K+...
