for Australia, u can do it urself without using ang agencies. Only if you have the diligence and patience to follow up or communicate on your own. Plus if you have the qualifications they need. Read the process sa web sa Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council. get ur registration docs sa state imo gusto. then, send ur letter of intent to all hospitals u like when u got ur docs altogether

then wait for any response.
