Waterbirthing in Cebu

Are there any experts on waterbirthing in cebu? Is it an option to haave a waterbirth instead of giving birth in a hospital with all those doctors and machines and stuff prodding and pushing?

I'm not giving birth, but I think that if Cebu were to call itself a medical tourist spot, shouldn't this be an option for mothers? It seems cheaper and far less stressful/traumatic.

oh.. juwang diya mommy d' ive read that na.. akong question may kuwang.. what i meant is having papers like birth certificate thingy.. kanang like sa hospital na e release with papers and everything.. basin nya we will be having a hard time fixing the babys paper in the later dates..

wala yata offer dito sa cebu... dunno sa manila.

birth certificate should be the responsibility of the parents i would think.
