fertility pills..
it acts by tricking the body into thinking it's already pregnant.
it also functions as an anti-estrogen within the pituitary gland allowing the serum concentrations of LH (luteinizing hormone ) and FSH ( follicle stimulating hormone) <-- kaning LH and FSH kay essential for reproduction ni sila.. they stimulates secretion of *** steroids and stimulates the maturation of ovarian follicles to rise, and thereby stimulates follicle development within the ovary.
in short... the pills works primarily by shutting down the pituitary gland's stimulation of the ovaries to ovulate..

The effects of the pills depend on the dose used and the estrogen status of the patient
It does this by manipulating the normal hormonal feedback system.
The end result is that the body doesn't release the hormones necessary to stimulate the ovary to release an egg. As a back-up, every other facet of the woman's reproductive system is also altered..

Clomid or Serophene (clomiphene citrate)
effectiveness ani nya kay approximately 60% to 80% of women who take clomiphene will ovulate..
