me, i use sun simply because i only use their text messaging service. i use their promo on the 600 pesos simpack with the load of 1800 consumable for one year. until now wa ko blema sa load coz they give me 150 pesos worth of load every month so no hassle for a moderate user like me.
Bahalo mo, ako am offering my help. If you have any concerns just PM me, and I'll deliver them straight to the top bigwigs of SUN's office.
But if you content yourself with ranting here on the NET that's your call.
That's fine. You know my complaints. Take it to the bigwigs and let's hope they do something. ThanksOriginally Posted by brian_d

sun cellular has really a problem of their service and pretty sure they are very aware on that. i hope they are doing something. globe right now as a P.10/second. check it out..
all i can say is.. You get what you pay for...
0.1 php per second is P6 per minute. Mao rang istoryaha.
i think you have the wrong computation sir and perception as well.Originally Posted by brian_d
the fact that they charge per second is a totally different story.

Ha? Unsa ma'y sayop ana? 0.1 x 60 = P6 pesos. If for anything, what's good about the whole scheme with Globe is if you use 30 sec. you only get to pay P3. That's all. Kung mugamit ka ug one minute, P6 ghapon imong bayaran.
Btw, as early as three years ago our congressmen were coming up with a legislation to have a "per 6 seconds" charging instead of per minute. However the two big telecom firms at that time "SMART and GLOBE" said it is not technically and financially feasible.
Aw mao ba? Dili diay? Ngano all of a sudden karon mag P0.1/second naman sila ug charge? If not for SUN's price drop, these big telecom companies will not budge thier obviously inflated pricing scheme.
Tinood SUN's service (technical and customer) is far from perfect. But you gotta admit it did shake the two giants to wake up and play fair.
Btw, for P350 you get 58.33 minutes with Globe. With SUN, that's unlimited for one month. Assuming you use 15 minutes a day, that's 450 minutes a month. 391 minutes MORE sa imong P350 with Globe! Ngano man diay ug kinahanglan ug pila ka attempts before maka connect, dako man sad akong savings. 391 minutes x 6 pesos that's P2,346.
Aw hinoon each to his own. That's what the free market is all about, CHOICES.
