Do you need a licensed Tourist Guide? I'm not licensed but I know all of the historical and tourist sites here in Cebu City and Cebu Province..

I can also take you to a heritage walk in Colon and Parian, including the forgotten 18th century Jesuit House in Parian, which is now a bodega by the Sy Family of Ho Tong Hardware....
