    Impossible..heheh!! if brisk walking would reach 40min then you've reach the fat burning zone...if you can feel muscle pain after brisk or joging then your exercise is effective since lactic acid was the cause of that pain that comes from Glycogen form that was used as a fuel for your system....

    you need to lessen your food intake, just maintain your exercise...

    Possible gyapon na if your calorie intake > calories burned. Best food to eat would be high nutrition, but low calorie foods... Then exercise pa jud.... And proper sleep... Mao jud ni ang 3 elements of a healthy lifestyle...

    1. Diet
    2. Exercise
    3. Sleep

    #2 is easy but unfortunately for me, it's #1(too little) & #3(too little) that i'm having hard time... which makes me a hard-gainer, opposite to the topic here but still not good hehe

    depende ra jud sa metabolism sa usa ka tao...kay unsaon man pag exercise nga inig uli puerte man ang hamal...d jud modaot...unya uban mosamot kadaku kay panu lami man kaon if kapoy ang lawas d ba? better go home late kana bang after exercise and rest a little while mo shower then matug nlng ka...kana effective...in a months time...liliit ka talaga...

    makadaut jud na sya...just lessen ur food intake...ive done that before...30mins-1hr jogging everyday plus diet...it relly works...

    first... diet... then you jog... no proper diet program, ayaw nalang pag hunahuna mo lose ka...

    depende pud na how long u have been jogging... even if u do it daily but has been doin it for a week pa, u wont get the results u desire.
