yup its realyhard to los wyt than to gain wyt..losing 2 lbs a month even give u a hard time but gaining 10 lbs in a months time is so easy..Oakboy im not realy a serious runner and i dnt even cal myslf a runner but i cal myslf as a jogger hehhe..i jog sa abellna
3 times a week sometimes 2 times a week..my main reason to jog is to loos wyt,reduce body fat content to prevent heart
problem in the future and second reason is to prevent posture dsalignment..We dnt ned good muscle content to look perfect but we need great posture to look good..im not any member of any runners club or a2z oakboy but everytime i jog i always see then and sometimes join them.i saw then joining marathans also..i think 5 yers ago kita nko sa a2z oakboy..oakboy running team ni nimo ang a2z karon..wud u be able to know unsa ilang diet? coz most of then wala man ni los ug fat content and its not normal to train almost everyday then ang endurance lng ang na develop pero wala gyud ni reduce ang fat content na mau hino on ang importante ky ang fat mauy magdala ug sakit in the futures time..most of then raba i think more than 35 yers old na..concern lang ko ky i saw then everyday and i dnt wnt to see them wasting ther time just developing ther endurance and stamina then wala g apil ang fat reducing..atleast if mag train sila y not apilon nalng tanan na concerns regarding every benefit ma koha sa training diba...
