I think the reason Nokia called Ngage a failure because of their sales dropped low. They expected to gain alot from the Games for the Ngage. Problem was, Ngage games were easily cracked and can even be played in other symbian models. This was the "FAILURE" nokia may have based their remarks on. Sales dropped coz, hey, i can have a Symbian camera phone yet play Ngage games, right?
