Default Mp4 converter for china TV mobile

Guys, I need your help on this one...
I have a china TV mobile which is an mp4 player at the same time... I've tried to convert movies from avi format to mp4 but got no luck, my phone says "Invalid file"...I've tried a few converters like "Super", "Ultra Mp4 video converter" and Ultra 3gp video converter" and the only one that works is when I choose a 3gp format under 15fps ...I know that an mp4 format is a better quality than 3gp. I've tried to tweak some settings using H264, Xvid, DivX, Mpeg4 and still can't make it work..I think this china phone has it's own specific format of Mp4. Does anyone here have used a china phone and successfully watch movies on there phone using an Mp4 format? Please Help!

    Thanks

Actually I can watch mp4 movies under a 320x240 reso only if I choose a 15 framerate which is not so good. I wonder if this phone can really play mp4 videos at 20fps to 24fps. I saw someone here in istorya using a china TV phone and was able to play mp4 movies at a very high quality, Unfortunately ako cya gi-pm kay patudlo ko pero di man mo reply. Hay unsaon kaha ni....
