it depends on what you are looking for in a company.

1. not so good pay + excellent benefits package + normal workload
2. not so good pay + good benefits package + low workload
3. huge pay + bad benefits package + big workload
4. huge pay + good benefits package + normal workload
... etc.

i personally have worked for several call centers in cebu, all of which are reputable ones. i have had bad experiences to share with each company but it was never enough to hate them or think of them as better than the other.

so to those who plan to work for a center, or is already planning to resign or leave the company, i suggest you think twice. coz most of the times, it's your ATTITUDE towards your work that closes the deal.

very nice one. ako ive been working with this call center for almost two years na. sumtyms sapoton ko sa ilaha rules and regulations, but hey its theirs, and before we were hired sa job we should know kung unsa sad ato sudlan before ka mu agree nila kaysa cgeg reklamo. hehehe. peace! pro bitaw oi. naa mn jud na di mkatarungan sumtyms. but if u love ur job. im not sure na makathink paka anang mga negatives!

para nako people support ang worst. ila ko promote then after 2 days ila ko demote balik because naa ko misscommunication issues & to think ako turn down ang offer sa other call center because ila ko promote. i just got screwed by them.
