DandantheDan, Tabang lang ko ug study anang Sports Ladder Challenge System. Gamit na cya kaayo kay ang pag-setup niya kay puede online sa internet ug bagay gyud sa ato-a nga lain-lain ug background sa pingpong.

So far sa akong gi-basa kay ang advantages niya compared sa regular tournaments or managing a real club like MECCTEL:

1. kay everybody maka-apil, unlike sa tournament kay naay set na date nga 1 or 2 days unya ang uban biya players kay busy sa ila life, work, family. Dili man ta mga varsity players or professional players. So naa uban nga timing nga during the tournament date naa gyud reasons ngano dili ka-apil. Some of them kay: tungod naay gi-atiman na work overtime, naay family gi-atiman, wala bay kuwarta at that time, naa ba kahay emergencies... so many.

2. automatic ang ranking system niya. dili parehas sa tournament. Dili gyud exact kinsay rank no. 1 up to 50 if 50 kabuok ang ni-apil. Just like ranking system sa world nga kung banga ka or maayo ka naa ka sa exact rank no., unya kung wala pud kay duwa-duwa, suffer pud imo ranking points.

3. unlike sa Club kung mawala ang officers whether inactive or busy, mamatay pud ang Club. Kinahanglan gyud ang officers mag-meeting, mag-delegate ug tarong. In-ana gihapon ang Ladder System pero parehas ra ug Istorya.net nga daghan members and not necessary nga ma-meet gyud nimo tanan members and even know kinsa tag-iya or administrators sa Istorya.net, di ba? Sa club kay usa ra ang President pero ang kani cya nga system kay puede daghan administrators. Puede ra dili magkita for the mean time.

4. Unlike sa tournament dili kaayo gasto kay kung kinsa to ang naay matchup, mao ra to ang magset ug date within for example 2 weeks kung kanus-a dayon bayad ra sila sa YMCA for the use of the table or playing time dayon submit the results online or txt any administrator the results of that matchup.

The longer, the more you will lose ranking points. But if nisukol ka sa mga ni-challenge nimo unya napildi ka, tagaan gihapon ka ug few points for participation para mapugos pud ug support sa ladder system.

I think this is the easiest thing to do para lang gyud maka-organize ug something sa Table Tennis. Lain-lain gud ang mga players diri, mga doctors, lawyers, students, fathers, mothers, enterpreneurs, programmers, businessmen, etc. So, easy and convenient ni cya kay you can set any challenege anytime within for instance two weeks to play a match for only 20 minutes di ba?

Then maybe at year's end puede na pud 1 major tournament and using the ranking system sa ato Ladder System ang gamiton pag seeding ug players para accurate gyud ang major tournament ug mag-get-together or mag-ka-eyeball pud sa mga wala pa gyud nagkita.
