IMHO, I think the Palit outperforms the Gigabyte by a little bit because the Palit has ddr4 and the Gigabyte has ddr3. The Gigabyte has better cooling than the Palit because of the zalman hsf of the Gigabyte so I think the it can handle day-long gaming sessions more than the Palit.......

3k and il buy it 2mrw afternoon :P
seriously i leave my computer on all the time and game alot, shamefully the msi 4670 i got broke down, and i cannot wait for it to return from taiwan.. might take a month or two, so ima buy another card in the meantime
