    Default Metabolism is too slow


    I need help. Problematic kaau ko sa ako metabolism. Hinay au...
    I used to be thin, very thin pero i do have a big tummy ever since.
    When i got to grade3, i got introduced to EnervonC syrup then i bloated >.<.
    Since that day, i had trouble getting slimmer. Sakto rman ako lawas pero naa na gyud ko baby fats.
    I dont eat much. pretty much avergae. Busog na kaau ko sa 1cup of rice ug 1 viand. pero admit ko addict kog coke... seldome rko mka miss ana. >.<
    Im a very active person. Handy person pud ko. Dako na kaau ako bagtak sa cgeg jogging and im still chubby.
    I then decided mag gym. Currently signed sa Slimmer's World International SM cebu.
    With consistent gym, i lost 2-3 pounds within 2weeks/7days ra ga gym gyud.
    Then nag xmas break and went back again. Nitambok jud ko. after the day i came back[recently]... nagka stretch mark ko! not because of fat pero 2ngud sa ako muscles...
    Hinay au ako metabolism... i need help. diet doesnt really help me well... maski nag pa advice na ko ug dietician T_T.
    havent tried supplements pero am very interested in trying Hydroxycut Hardcore while ga gym...
    im just waiting sa GO sign from my doc...

    p.s. I need advice and if possible, enlighten me more about sa hydroxycut. I know naa sya side effects..

    sus how i wish hinay ako metabolism.
    1 thing i noticed is that, the slower you metabolism is you are less active. mag puyo ra hapit all the time.
    unlike those with fast metabolism, grabe k hyper-active. like me....

    Diet is the primary way to loose weight, exercise is secondary.
    It is readily apparent in your statement that your diet is at fault: addict sa coke and etc.

    You might have hypothyroidism, so it is better to get yourself checked by a doctor BEFORE engaging into gym's and all that Hydroxycut thing. IMHO.

    OR its the other way around

    ang metabolism is fast because hyper ang tawo, hinay ang metabolism kay ngpuyo ra... hehe

    hydroxycut has been effective for me since it was not the HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE yet... Sa hydrox, naay dosage nga ginafollow sa label... Ako, i dont follow the recommended dosage kay grabe kau, murag kag mabuang og tama kau... insomnia, hyperactivity, palpitations, di ka mahimutang, starve to death kau kay loss of appetite imong ma feel, nausea and sometimes vomiting, vertigo also could happen... La ko nagfollow pud because im not an american... American bodies has greater/higher body surface... So what I did, i only take it half dose... One important thing is to listen to the symmetry of your body... if you exercise, hydroxycut gives you a boost. It does not only burn fat effectively, but it gets you going... even me, human nako og interval runs for an hour, i could still manage to do circuit training sa weights room(gym)... But please, consult your doctors before you begin rigorous exercise... Expert advise is very important... Assessment is very important before anything else... You carry your own body, so listen to it very well...

    another thing.. watch your food intake... ako, i would suggest foods high in fiber because it keeps you feel full and it also detoxify your body.. less in sodium-Where SODIUM goes, WATER follows... This is the reason y ang uban bloated- mga tubigon. one culprit? KETCHUP.. and any other processed foods... Increase water intake. did you know that hydrated ones burn more calories than those of their counterparts? YES its true.. supplement your body with Protein-amino acids to hasten muscle recovery and development. The more muscles you have, the more and faster your metabolism.. For those who do cardiovascular exercises a lot, consider a resistance training in your routine kay matunaw ang imong muscles... aside from carbohydrates ang iburn, ang muscles na ang gamiton for energy... so sayang kau ang muscles... i hope this helps...

    try to eat 6 small meals/day every 2-3hours to keep your metabolism going and try to drink tea..i dont agree na if you do cardiovascular exercises ma burn imu muscles as fuel unless you do it 5-6x/week (intense) but if in moderation 2-3x/week you should be good and with proper diet and supplementation.

    thank you sa advice. can you specifically tell me the right dosage? a friend told me nga 2times a day. 1hr before breakfast and atleast an hour before gym. Not suggestable to take after6 kay maglisud ug ka2log.

    Prob is, Insomiac ko. and i mean severe ehehe pero doesnt matter. am used to it. I do power nap. 2hrs sleep and im refreshed. Coffee makes me sleepy. Immune na ko somehow. I dont know unsaon nko pag take. I do have foreign blood mixed pero id rather not try the american way. hadlok ko sa side effects gyud.

    My diet is fine. dietician nag ingon. Ok ra mag coke basta within my Calorie limits. I am at 2000 calorie diet. height is 5'7 ra.

    i like eating food high in fibers. sometimes i only eat bread. wla koy blema sa pagkaon ayaw lang gyud ng OKRA kay lud-an ko

    Did you know that 100g mixed nuts(ding dong) has 350calories while 42calories ra ang 100ml sa coke??
    maglagot sad lagi ta aning ma envolve tag dietician kay ma calorie curious sab ta. ahahha

    Dli man sab ko luya nga tawo. I have more stamina than my bestfriend. kung mag jogging me, mas mu last pko sa iyaha. Dha ko na ningning. He eats hellatta more than me, dali ra ma tired sa work-out and all, pero slimmer jud sya. Same ra mi ug bone structure-large. 5'9 iya height.

    Ive done a lot when i was younger. Badminton Varsity, Valleyball Varsity-dli binayot! l*s*! chix ra gyud sa female team ako gi apas ad2 ahha, Swimming, Aikido and even karatedo. ingon ana ko ka active. naa man koi porma except sa baby fats ug tiyan nga diliiiii jud mawagtang. haaaiii...

    also one thing... ako body temp kay low. Bugnaw ko nga tawo. Gilihi daw ko isda. LOL. while sya, INIT kaau ug lawas. Literally. I think dha pud nagmatter ang uban. somehow, people who are high in metabolism are HOT skinned. dali ra pud cla bugnawon. meanwhile, kami nga hinay ug metabolis, COLD skinned. dali ra mka adjust sa tempreture. I dont know kung naay medical explination ani.
