yeah! kanang mga taas og sugar content nga mga foods grabeh maka pa tambok...e try wlay rice pag dinner nimo I recommend Wheat bread..nya minimize imong meat...kong pwde white meat lang..then prutas gyud og vegetables then drink water very often enough maka consume ka 3-4liters a day para healthy gyud kaayo ko..run or Brisk walk at least 35 min a day.. 35min up is the fat burning zone..

Losn wyt is not js a physcal thing but a mental thing also..its a teamwork between physcal strenght & mental strength..
il give u the very least advie to start the exercise program..1.go to the abellana sport complex twice a week for one month..2. 30min -1 hour brisk walk for 2 weeks then start to jog interval walk after 3-4 weeks of doing so..

yeah! naomi6000 was right..pero kong mahimo every day gyud just like what i did before..until nagka increase akong endurance then naka join ko half marathon and even joined the torch relay last 2003 that started from San tander going to Abellana..although it's not a Full run since there are support vehicle whenever you get tired mka sakay ka nila but sa 100 Kilometer nga distance from san tander to Abellana na dagan nako approxmtly 50-60km nya imagine nag start mi run 7PM pag abot sa Carcar 12noon pwerteng inita..gi pakaon pajud mi og lechon then chicharon unya na awahi ang tubig haskang paita atong dagana pero pwerteng lingawa kai naka sabay namo ang mga seniors nga runner mga former champions like Baisak,Pardo Milers og uban pa..sort of a reunion sa mga serious runners...pag abot sa abellana akong tiil morag dili na maalsa morag nipilit sa ground hehehe!! but when I stopped running for 2yrs now then because of tight sched ni gain dayon ko og 5kg sulod langsa 3months that is why usa nang determination kailangan gyud na kay dali mo taba basta undang nya balik nya undang napud..

try not to eat lng at night....or meals after 6 lng yaw na midnight snacks
Don't eat when you are not hungry....mao ni pinaka bad habit nato..basta alas dose na bisan wla gutoma mo kaon gyud..or manihapon..
proper diet & proper exercise...
