I'm a Nikonian and I don't have any idea with regards sa Canon. There are a lot of high capacity memory cards out there and I'm sure pwede sa Canon. Ang ako advise kay stick to 4GB lang. Don't put your eggs in one basket like an 8Gb or 16Gb mem cards kay basin uroy ma corrupted na wagtang tanan nimo pics. If you need a lot of memory space I advise you buy multiple 4Gb cards. IMHO

wa may problema. the only problem that i see is once macorrupt ang sd card daghang pics ang mawala. which is why i limit myself up to 4gb cards only. like what raj said don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Regarding the title: Of course, you can NOT use "CARS" in Canon or any branded cameras. Hehehe!

I have Sandisk 4GB and 8GB Extreme III / IV CF and SD Cards. Yes, you can use cards higher than 4GB with no problem. Unless, mag mantinil ka ug NCP brand, RiData (if want to lose data go get this one), imitation nga Kingston or Sandisk. Hehehe, kana dili ko mo recommend.

Sandisk, Lexar or Kingston are ok. Naa pa sab other good brands.
