Sorry, I just saw this a while ago.
8"s and 12"s can be bought off eBay. I don't think there are local sellers, except if the seller is selling an old mirror from an old/broken commercial scope.
Why do you keep talking about lenses when in fact, you're trying to build a Newtonian? Newtonians are reflectors, and thus only use mirrors. Eyepieces however, are a different issue entirely.

i bought a cheap 6" newtonian about 3 years ago just out of curiosity. i got renewed interest and planned to go to astrophotography. I was planning to convert my telescope to handle a larger eyepiece 1.25" or 2" since currently it uses a substandard 0.9" (or something like that) eyepiece. You mentioned you already have all other parts except the main mirror. May I ask where you got your focuser, secondary mirror and eyepiece(s). Also curious about your mount...
I don't know if it will work but I saw concave mirrors sold in Ayala and SM, you know those mirrors that magnify your reflections... I don't know if they are perfect hyperbolic shapes though... maybe worth investigating.
