heehee. interesting question, i supposed. I'd like to hear from... mr. munzter! do you just wake up one day and realize that there is no supreme being chuva?
no, there were these guys who knocked on my door and offered me cupcakes and cookies and a free lapdance. haha

there really is no definite process, no papers to be signed, no things to do, no membership fee...its a personal journey IMO. my "deconversion" story/process vary from one atheist to another.

do you think it was EASY letting go your cherished faith and beliefs since childhood??
...its like going through the grieving process(close enuff)

you have to understand, just because i dont believe it(yet) doesnt mean i'm against it. (see the difference reg?)

...and as for that challenge reg, if i compare myself now as an atheist from muahh a few years back. i could say i've been more open to other people with different beliefs and faiths being INDIFFERENT.

i may even consider myself some what fundamentally inclined to the ORDERS my previous faith employed, despite my questioning mentality...i still operated under those set of "programs".

...but dont take my word for it. this all could be BS from me. what matters most is what you actually do when it really counts.

This is nice bro! Don't get me wrong, I understand you bro.
So, we could say that atheism as a mindset would also evolve from lower to higher levels of consciousness, Right? Nothing is fixed or static though.

that's a good answer sir. and i thank you for it.

you said, "deconversion" right? so, at least at one point in your childhood life you were indoctrinated with your religion's dogma. don't tell me, there wasn't an iota of an instant in your child-mind that you honest-to-goodness believe in God? there has to be, right sir? and now you said "you don't believe (YET)" and that confuses me because the keyword "yet" denotes future tense and reflecting upon your statement, you deconverted, so you must've have practiced religion at least one point in time. so there's the contradiction sir. just my thoughts lang.

and then you said, "you still operated under those set of programs," so you mean to say you're still pretending to believe in God? if not, why continue to operate under the program?

you may be right, this whole thing could be just BS from you.

lol. i'm not very fond of religions really, and i couldn't be bothered with them. i'm nietzsche's disciple with his hero mentality/herd mentality philosophy.

T.V. Evangelism is very well-represented in the picture, though. haha. my favorite would have to be Rastafarianism and Hare Krishna. you can't say no to shit happens rama rama ding dong. haha

what do you expect from a child?? they'll believe in almost everything i.e santa, tooth fairy, etc. maybe that's why the chose to indoctrinate us during those times when we aren't really aware of what is happening.

i may be an atheist now. but i may change my path or not...to what extent, that i do not know. malay mo mag papapikture tong god na toh balang araw.

nope, that was a flashback. comparing myself too the previous ME. previous ME is somewhat kinda fundamentally inclined...those pre-sets of programs pertains to what my faith and belief expects of ME.
