    ako sis tig gym man sad ko mga 3 times or 4 times a week pero ok raman mo inom og water pero dili kanang imno-non na
    pam pa dako if plan ka mo gym sis inom og kanang fit n right or activade or soya milk nakal imot ko sa uban or gatorade

    mas maau pirmi inom tubig kay para maligo pud imo tina-e pero naa pud point nga dli palabi inom bugnaw tubig after mo eat kay iya man e freeze ang mga fats sa body plus mo trigger pud daw na heart failures....

    it's advisable to drink 8 glasses of water everyday para dili ka magkasakit sa bato, para pud ma cleanse imong intestines. normal rana na mudako imo tiyan pag inom nimu sa tubig kay nag occupy manag space pero after naka makaiihi mugamay ra na imo tiyan. if you want to lose weight iinclude sa imong diet ang pagkaon ug Ponkan, lemon or oranges..ako ga ponkan ko everyday for losing weight at the same time a good source of vitamin c. Going to a gym? pwerteng ok ha..
