Asay bati - Qualfon or 1and1 ?

i know nga normal na sa part sa call center... pero naa man pod ko'y nadunggan about sa qualfon... although akong nadunggan is negative baya... mga taga qualfon pa jud...

i dunno if it's true that nag-mass resignation daw ang mga taga qualfon ngadto... if it's true, then naa jud problema ang qualfon jud... kay daghan daw nagplano mag mass resignation pag october palang... pero kipaabot ang 13th month pay b4 sila mag-resign...

I never heard about the news na nag-mass resignation! hehe sa ako man gud nadunggan, wala sila naghiring karon kay gamay ra ang mga nagresign? might be kay crisis? might be kay satisfied na sila sa ilang giworkan? might be na ganahan na sila kay na enjoy nila ang time nga dili kaayo stressful? or might be happy na sila karon sa ilang trabaho?

exactly the same reason why other people don't like it. Companies that give out salaries late are companies that don't have a good system. Dili man ang name sa company ni suck... ang system nga gigamit sa company. cheers.

I think you referring sa time na nagstart pa ang company? as what ive heard again, in fairness to qualfon, ngimprove na daw ila system...so its a good thing. U cant compare a starting company to bigger companies na nakabuild na daan sa ila names! its been like almost 3 years pa na ang qualfon. sige pana sila plan k=og improve sa system nila. give them a chance. Pagtugod daw bago company! tan-awon tana kung dili ba mabati imo system. peace! hehe

kadtong mga nangresign na qualfon kay basin na end of contract na sila. gamay ra scores sa score cards nila.hahah luoy sad! or basin dili sila competent to be a part of the company. basin daghan absences. basin paralate. hahaha lots of factors to consider! hehe

as what totaljerk123 was saying... give it a chance to build up.. we might not know in the near future... qualfon might be 1 of the best.. just stay positive! that goes to all those call centers who stayed even inspite of all the crisis!

@all I remember a phrase I used to say when I wanted to leave my company. If you're leaving you'd hate them... if you're new you'll love them!

love your work but not your company, because you'll never know... the company might stop loving you...

not true... although there are times they requested i think... overtime.
